No injuries were reported from a house fire in Port Arthur. The fire broke out at a home
yesterday afternoon in the 700 block of Barryknoll Lane. Firefighters were able to contain
the blaze to the garage area of the structure. Two contract workers and a resident inside the
home were able escape before firefighters arrived on the scene. The cause is under investigation.
