Acting on a tip, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s narcotic task force arrested a Silsbee man and
his step-daughter yesterday. Deputies received information that Fentanyl was shipped to the
UPS Office on Washington Blvd. 54-year old Clifford Cole was arrested as he attempted to pick
up the package inside the post office. His step-daughter,37-year old Amber Hayden was detained
in the truck. There was a strong odor of marijuana and a clear baggie of meth on the console.
A further search of the truck yielded a small bottle containing Winstrol Anabolic Steroid. A
search was obtained and eighty 100 meg packages of fentanyl was inside. It has an estimated
street value of $10,000. Both Cole and Hayden are charged with possession of a controlled
substance
