A Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Port Arthur man on a manslaughter charge and
a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon. 33-year old Jeremy Mesa Bell is accused of
the January 7th shooting death of 45-year old John Sinegal. Sinegal was shot and killed at a
motel in the 3800 block of Gulfway Drive in Port Arthur.
