The BISD Board of Managers have announced the new Beaumont high school will be named
United High and the mascot will be the Timberwolves. The school colors will be maroon and
gold. Last month, the district voted to merge Central and Ozen. The district rezoned the area.
Students west of I-10 and west of part of Highway 69 will attend Beaumont West Brook.
The remaining students will attend the new United High School.
