Two men jailed for murder have been indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury on a separate
charge. 28-year old David Earl Broadus and 25-year old James Levron are accused of shooting
and killing Jose Leal on January 25th. The shooting led to a five car accident on Memorial
Boulevard in Port Arthur. Braodus and Levron have been indicted for aggravated assault as
a female lost fingers as a result of that accident.
