KLVI News

A woman that threatened to shoot and kill a family court judge has been indicted by a Jefferson

County grand jury. 32-year old Andrea Ramos, of Port Arthur, is accused of calling the office

of State Representative Joe Deshotel asking for help after her children were removed from her

home by CPS. When she was told there was nothing the state representative’s office could do

for her, she said she was going to the courthouse to shoot Judge Larry Thorne. Ramos also

said she would shoot any CPS representative that came onto her property.
