A 30-year old Beaumont man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for two counts of
indecency with a child. Two children came forward and said Bobbie Morgan had touched
them inappropriately. The offenses occurred in June of 2015 and July of 2016. Yesterday,
Judge Raquel West sentenced Morgan to two 15 year sentences. The sentences will run
consecutively. Morgan will have to serve at least half of the sentences before he becomes
eligible for parole. Once released from prison, he must register as a sex offender for the rest
of his life.
