Judge Rachel West has sentenced 48-year old Armon Lee Tillery to 18 years in prison for
promotion of child pornography and attempted compelling prostitution of a minor. Tillery
was also sentenced to 10 years for online solicitation of a minor. In March of last year, the
mother of a 14 year old girl notified law enforcement that Tillery offered the victim money
for sex. The mother and Tillery had been in a relationship. Tillery was indicted on a total of
18 cases. As part of a plea agreement, six charges of child pornography were dismissed.
Tillery must also register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
