Beaumont police are looking for two men that shot and killed a man Friday night in the 3400
block of Avenue C. The victim, 36-year old Michael Glasper, of Beaumont, was transported
to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police also worked three
separate shooting Saturday night. A 49-year old man was shot in the thigh and foot in the 800
block of Plum Street, A woman was shot and had her backpack stolen in the 4100 block of
Maida, and a 26-year old man was shot during a fight in the 1400 block of Washington Blvd.
An arrest has been made in that shooting. Anyone with any information on these shootings can
