The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, along with multiple law enforcement agencies from across
Southeast Texas, began serving warrants this morning on 17 suspects for crimes ranging from
possession and distributing illegal narcotics, forgery, property crimes, and parole violations.
As of Noon today, seven people had been arrested. Two additional suspects were arrested. One
for interference and obstruction and one on a parole violation. The warrant roundup is part of a
five month investigation.
