Police are investigating a shooting and kidnapping in Beaumont. A man was shot
yesterday afternoon in the 2400 block of Primrose. He was transported to the hospital for
treatment for a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Police discovered the suspects had kidnapped
another victim from the residence, and he was able to get away and call police. Two possible
suspects were detained for questioning. Anyone with any information is asked to call Southeast
