Beaumont Man Pleads Guilty For Possessing Homemade Bombs

A Beaumont man has pleaded guilty for possessing homemade bombs. 27-year old Mark Avery

Rudd was arrested this past February after a search warrant at his home in the 4800 block of

Belmont Street in Beaumont revealed  two suspected destructive devices. Investigators also

found a 21-page notebook containing numerous pages of handwritten notes, which was organized

like a reference manual, with a table of contents and page numbers. Rudd faces up to 10 years

in federal prison.
