Beaumont police have released the name of a bicyclist that was struck and killed by a vehicle
Sunday morning, in which the vehicle fled the scene. 46-year old Reginald Allen Osborne, of
Vidor, was found on the side of the I-10 near Pine Street. Police are searching for the vehicle.
