Beaumont police have made two arrests in connection with a carjacking that occurred
outside the Wellness Center on North Street. This past Friday, two females approached
the victim asking for money and a ride. When the victim refused, one of the suspects
threatened to kill the victim and stole the victim’s pickup. One of the suspect’s called
police Sunday night confessing to the crime. 18-year old Iceses Kevona Mason and
19-year old Jasmine Brianna-Faith Savoy are both charged with aggravated robbery.
