A man that fled from Beaumont police on a stolen bike has been sentenced to six years
in prison. This past September, police attempted to stop 49-year old Warrick Ball and
he refused to stop. With the assistance of a K-9 unit, Ball was found hiding in a ditch.
Ball had two previous convictions on the same offense. He was sentenced yesterday for
evading detention with previous convictions.
