A Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Port Neches man for aggravated assault. 28-
year old Michael Brandon Horn is accused of driving a car into a home in the 2000 block of
8th Street in Port Neches of September 11th. The victim says she was giving horn a ride when
he attacked her by grabbing her by the throat. She was able to get away and run to her home.
Horn is accused of getting into her car and driving into her home trying to hit her.
