A 17-year old is in custody in connection with a Port Arthur shooting. Christopher Allen was
arrested yesterday afternoon for a shooting that occurred on November 11th in the 1700 block
of Jefferson Drive. Allen, who is charged with aggravated assault, is accused of shooting at a
man in his car. A juvenile was taken into custody the morning of the shooting.
