The DPS has announced the driver license office in Port Arthur will resume a normal schedule
beginning today. Due to staffing shortages, this office has been working on reduced hours since
earlier this year. Office hours will be 8:00-5:00 Monday- Friday, with the office closed daily
from Noon to 1:00 for lunch. In the short term, no drive test will be conducted at this site.
