A Tuesday morning house fire in Beaumont has claimed a life. A man was confirmed to have died in the fire in the 1300 block of Caldwell Avenue on the north end. A neighbor reported the fire at about 8. Caldwell is off of M L K north of Interstate 10. The fire was fully involved when firefighters arrived on scene.
