The name of a Tyler County murder victim is expected to be released today. Her body was
discovered in a home in Hillister, south of Woodville, this past Friday. The sheriff’s office
received a 911 call stating that a man at the home was being held against his will. Deputies
found the man at the home with his hands bound. The murder victim was found hidden in
the home. 34-year old Christopher Paulette is jailed and charged with capital murder. He is
being held without bond.
