Beaumont police report one person was killed Saturday night in an auto/pedestrian accident.
The victim was attempting to cross the road in the 3900 block of College Street and was
struck by an oncoming. The victim was pronounced dead upon arrival to the hospital.
The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin. The
driver is cooperating with police. The investigation continues.
