A Port Neches man has been arrested of three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a
child and one count of indecency with a child. 46-year old Ryan Dews is accused of
repeatedly sexually assaulting a 4-year old boy during the summer of 2017. The victim
had made a outcry regarding the abuse and was interviewed at the Garth House. Dews faces
25 to 99 years on each aggravated sexual assault charge and two to 20 years for the indecency
charge.
