Names have been released from Wednesday afternoon’s shooting in Silsbee. 26-year old
Gary Michael Greer, of Silsbee, is charged with aggravated assault and evading detention.
His bonds total $105,000. Greer is accused of shooting 32-year old Ricky Harold Cox, of
Silsbee, in the leg as Cox was driving his motorcycle in front of Greer’s house in the 10000
block of Bussey Road. Greer fled the scene and was arrested by the DPS following a pursuit
along Highway 92.
