A 15-year old is in custody Hardin County. The teen walked away from the high school
this morning and was learned that he burglarized his grandfather’s home a short time later
and stole guns and a pickup. The school district locked down the high school and intermediate
campuses. Chief of Police Danny Sullins says they had patrol units surround the schools and
students were never in any danger. The teen was captured by Hardin County deputies in a
wooded area about two miles from the campus.
