BISD Superintendent Dr. John Frossard has announced his retirement. Dr. Frossard has
served as the school district’s superintendent since May of 2015. He has helped turn the
district around since the state took over the school district. Dr. Frossard is expected to
retire sometime this summer. The board will begin the process to hire a replacement.
