A 24-year old man that pleaded guilty to secretly recording his now former mother in-law while
she was in the shower, has been sentenced. Dylan Moses appeared in a Jefferson County
courtroom yesterday and was sentenced by Judge John Stevens to five years probation, fined
$500, and must serve 30 days in jail. Moses was charged with invasive recording and invading
someone’s privacy.
