The Port Arthur city council met in executive session yesterday to discuss the hiring of a
new city manager. The council recently named four finalists for the job. Dr. Hani Thome,
Natasha Henderson, Heneritta Turner, and David Strall. After returning from behind closed
doors, the council voted in open session to re-open the search. Harvey Robinson is currently
serving at Port Arthur’s Interim City Manager.
