The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted three individuals for illegally operating a game
room in Beaumont. 46-year old Phoung T Nguyen, 62-year old Chong S Min, and 26-year old
David Tran, all of Beaumont, are charged with engagingin Criminal Activity. During an
undercover operation, it was revealed cash was paying paid from 8-liner machines at the Magic
Touch Game Room in the 3000 block of Washington Blvd.
