Beaumont police are investigating a homicide. Just past 2:00 yesterday morning, 43-year old
Darrell Howard, of Beaumont, was shot at E&L Touch of Class, located in the 3100 block
of Concord. Howard was transported to the hospital where he died. Anyone with any information
is asked to call Southeast Texas Crime Stoppers at 833-TIPS. You can view a picture and video
