A 45-year old Kentucky man is jailed on multiple charges accused of causing critical head
injuries to a Sour Lake police officer Monday night. Bradley Joseph Pruitt’s bonds total
$4 million. The attack of Officer William McKeon occurred outside a store at the intersection
of Highways 326 & 105. Davis, who also stole the officers patrol unit, was arrested early
yesterday morning following an overnight search. Davis is wanted on felony charges in New
Mexico. At last report, Officer McKeon remained in critical condition.
