A man Nederland police is calling a person of interest in a homicide has turned himself in.
Police are questioning 20-year old Jonathan Loyal in connection with the death of 34-year
old Joshua Caleb Miller, who was shot and killed inside his apartment at the Briarcliff
Apartments on Twin City Highway. Police are searching for two other suspects.
