Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest

A routine traffic stop in Orange County led to a drug arrest yesterday. Following the stop by

detectives with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division on the I-10 feeder

road north of Main Street, 29 grams of what is believed to be crystal methamphetamine was

found in the pickup. 33-year old Charles Jeffery Adams, of Vidor, is charged with possession

of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $2,500.
