A 20-year year old man has been arrested and charged with the murder of 34-year old Joshua
Caleb Miller in Nederland, who was shot and killed at the Briarcliff Apartments on Twin City
Highway Wednesday night. Jonathan Alejandro Loya, who is being held on a $250,000 bond,
turned himself in yesterday. Nederland police are still searching for two other suspects. Anyone
