The Lumberton Municipal District Board of Directors has announced plans for development
along a 3,200 acre of land on FM 421 west in Lumberton. An agreement has been made with
Bramton Essential LP. The agreement will provide financial to funding infrastructure
improvements in the defined area and will be supported by tax bonds. Brampton Essential
has indicated plans for a multi-phase residential and commercial development in the area.
