Following a search that started late Tuesday, authorities have recovered a body in the Neches
River. The body was pulled from the river yesterday not far from Collier’s Ferry Landing off of
Pine Street in Beaumont. On Tuesday, witnesses saw a man jump into the river at that location.
The name of the man has not been released.
