Beaumont police are investigating a weekend shooting. A woman was shot in the shoulder
during a Saturday afternoon disturbance in the 800 block of Porter. The victim, who was not
involved in the disturbance, was transported to the hospital by Beaumont EMS where she was
treated for non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
