The Newton County Sheriff’s Office reports a 19-year old unresponsive woman was pulled from
the water last night at the Sam Forse Collins Recreational Park at Toledo Bend. Once on the
scene, a second 19-year old female was found unresponsive. Both women, from Louisiana, were
transported to Jasper Memorial Hospital.
