Incumbents Defeated In Runoff

Two runoff races for the Orange city council were decided Saturday. In the District 4 race,

Mary McKenna defeated incumbent Annette Powell by picking up 67% of the vote. In the

At-Large Place 5 seat, Caroline mazzola-Hennigan defeated incumbent Bill Mello with

just under 72% of the vote.
