A former BISD substitute teacher has been indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury for
improper relationship between educator and student, two counts of sexual assault of a child,
and for online solicitation of a minor. 35-year old Brandon Louis Chillow is accused of having
a sexual relationship with a 15-year old student while he was teaching a Vincent Middle School.
He is also accused of sending inappropriate photos online. Chillow was fired last month by
BISD.
