The DPS reports a Woodville woman was killed in a two vehicle wreck in Tyler County.
50-year old Tammie Carter was traveling west on Highway 190 yesterday afternoon when
she crossed into the eastbound lane striking an oncoming pickup head-on. She was pronounced
dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup, 50-year old Jeffery Watson of Spring, was airlifted
to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
