A Beaumont man has been indicted on three counts of injury to a child. This past December
32-year old Miles Cody Fulbright was allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at his home in the
2100 block of Wescalder when her three children intervened to stop the assault. At that time,
Fulbright is accused of attacking the children. The woman and her children, from Livingston,
had come to Beaumont to visit Fulbright.
