The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Port Arthur man for aggravated sexual assault
of a child. 20-year old Angel Galvez-Cardenas is accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year old
girl at her home in the 3300 block of Charles in Groves. The victim’s 16-year old sister, the
girlfriend of Cardenas, forced her sister to have the sexual act with him.
