The badly decomposed body of a woman that was found in a dumpster on Old Sour Lake Road
on July 13th has been identified as 64-year old Judy Toronjo, a Beaumont woman who had been
reported missing on July 1st. Detectives from the Beaumont Police Department and the Jefferson
County Sheriff’s Office are working together on the investigation to try and determine where the
