Two men are jailed in connection with a burglary. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office
received a call Wednesday from a man on Burrell Wingate Road with about a pickup in
his driveway. The complainant noticed personal items of his in the bed of the truck. Deputies
found the pickup on Wiggins Road and arrested one of the suspects. The second suspect, who
fled on foot, was arrested a short time later. 53-year old James Jones, of Port Arthur and 45-
year old Armand Ledee, of Groves, are both charged with burglary.
