Port Arthur police have made an arrest in a murder. Police were called to a home in the 5000
block of Tremont this morning and found an 81-year old man that had been beaten to death.
A relative of the victim, 53-year old Kelli Diedre Sartin, was at the scene and arrested following
questioning. Sartin has been charged with murder. The investigation continues.
