Tex-Dot will host an open house this coming Tuesday to gather input on the upcoming proposed
I-10/Highway 69 interchange project, which includes reconstructing and expanding I-10 and
Highway 69 where the converge in Beaumont. Approximately 11 acres of additional right of way
is anticipated as part of the proposed project, including potential easements or right of way for
drainage. Tuesday’s public meeting will be from 5:00 to 7:00 at the Beaumont Civic Center.
