It appears there is a third Tropical Storm Imelda victim in Jefferson County. Jefferson
County Sheriff’s Captain Crystal Holmes reports a body was pulled from a canal
today on Moore Road, near Old Sour Lake Road. The victim has not been identified
and the cause of death is not known at this time. On Friday, the body of 47-year old
Malcom Foster was found in his car in a canal in the 3800 block of I-10 in Beaumont
and the night of the storm, 19-year old Hunter Morrison died by electrocution while
he was moving his horse in rural Jefferson County.
