Former BISD Superintendent Dr. Carrol Thomas is testifying in the Calvin Walker trial.
Dr. Thomas was the school district’s superintendent at the time Walker was contracted
to do electrical work for the district. Walker is accused of providing more than $1 million
worth of false invoices to the school district. Testimony resumes this morning in Judge
John Stevens courtroom at the Jefferson County Courthouse.
