An inmate has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Beaumont for escaping from prison. 41-
year old Anthony Safford King is accused of escaping from the Satellite Prison Camp and the
Federal Correctional Complex in Beaumont on September 29th. King, who is serving a four
year sentence for drug charges in Alabama, remains at-large. Anyone with any information on
the whereabouts of Anthony Safford King is asked to contact the U.S. Marshal’s Office.
