Port Arthur police have located a pickup that was involved in a hit and run fatality yesterday
morning and the search for the driver of that pickup continues. 40-year old Jamica Thibo, of
Port Arthur was riding his bike in the 3000 block of Savannah Avenue when he was hit. He
was pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone with any information on the driver of the truck
is asked to call Southeast Texas Crime Stoppers at 833-TIPS.
